Alisha has been in the fitness industry for 8 years with a background in aquatics. “The pool has always been my first love in fitness! Since then, I have ventured out and found my second love and calling in life, weight training. Incorporating strength training, rehab in the pool and nutrition, I am able to help clients reach their goals. If you’re willing and ready to change your life, I will be there to get you to your next goal!”

Sarah’s interest in exercise and well-being began at an early age watching her mother’s skills as personal trainer and health educator. Through the years this interest blossomed into enjoying an active lifestyle. Outside a gym or studio setting Sarah enjoys activities such as exploring outdoors through means of hunting, fishing, horseback riding and maintaining a personal yoga practice. In order to perpetuate such an active lifestyle, Sarah understands the need to have endurance, strength, flexibility, and stability to create a unified system as the muscles and joints work together.
A College of Charleston graduate with a degree in Health Promotion and a NASM certified personal trainer, Sarah possesses a broad physical education base. Just recently she has completed NASM’s Corrective Exercise Specialization course further expanding her knowledge of how to correct muscle imbalance and weakness. In addition to her studies, she has gained valuable experience and insight having previously worked in an innovative physical therapy studio. She emphasizes proper posture and technique in every exercise.

Through my own personal journey, I have learned how practicing healthy habits create a happy and fulfilling life. I’m constantly reminded of the positive effects exercise has on physical and psychological well-being, and my appreciation for what our bodies and minds can achieve is ever increasing. As a Personal Trainer, I want to share my enthusiasm, encourage a happier lifestyle, and help you realize what your body is capable of so you can live life to the fullest.
